Romantic Villa in the Landscape of Great Tuscany…

September 7, 2015

As the end of summer approaches in the northern hemisphere, we couldn't help but include this romantic villa, set in the wheat fields of Tuscany. You can feel that dry heat coming from the honey coloured sandstone.... until next year Tuscany.

This elegant sandstone villa sits amongst rich, golden wheat fields and the abundant rolling hills of the Tuscan landscape. Once used as an old stable, the rustic villa has been transformed into a family retreat, but the structure and style of the original building remain untouched. The home sits unobtrusively in amazing wheat and sunflower fields which inspired the architect to preserve the beautiful yellow palate of the original facades of the building.
